| You Can Use The New Android 13 Media Player With These Apps Posted: 28 Jun 2022 08:07 AM PDT  Android 13 is bringing several visual changes to the software, and one of them is the new media player. While we’ve been on the beta for Android 13 for a while, not a lot of people have been able to see it. However, according to 9To5Google, you’ll be able to see it if you’re using the right apps. Android’s media player has changed quite a bit since the first Android 13 beta launched. Back when the first beta launched, the media player had a certain look to it that people liked, but the company decided to change it with later beta releases. Now, you can see this new Android 13 media player by using certain appsRight now, Google is releasing the Android 13 beta 3.3 to its phones. This update will fix some critical bugs in the system. If you update to that version, there’s a chance that you won’t be able to see the new media player. This was spotted on the Android 13 beta 3.2. When you play media using either Google Podcasts or Google Chrome, you’ll see the new Android 13 media player. Using this media player, you’ll see some of the buttons moved to different spots. With the new player (at least with Google Podcasts), the play/pause button is moved to the far right side about halfway up. The button will be rather large and colored to match your device’s theme. The play button is housed inside of a circle, and the pause button is inside a rounded square. You’ll see the progress bar taking up most of the bottom of the card. On either side of it, you’ll see the skip forward and skip back buttons. If you’re using Google Chrome, the setup will be different depending on the available buttons. If you’re streaming something like Soundcloud, then the play/pause button will be on the bottom of the card along with everything else. The progress bar will take up about half of the space with the play/pause, skip track, and the upvote and downvote buttons next to it. You should update to the Android 13 beta 3.3If you’re still on the Android beta version 3.2, you might want to update to the latest version as soon as possible. There are some major issues with the software that are ironed out with this next update. For starters, there’s a Wi-Fi bug that prevents the device from connecting to known networks. There are other issues that you don’t want to encounter. Google is rolling out this update, so you should be getting it soon. Младший состав офицеров Самым первым чином в этом офицерском составе является младший лейтенант . Его присваивают командующему каким-либо участком на корабле или взводом, оно имеется и в других родах войск. Соответственно звание лейтенанта может быть присвоено по истечении срока службы в прежнем ранге. Возлагаемая ответственность выше, чем в прежнем звании. Старший лейтенант имеет ответственность выше чем у лейтенанта, что позволяет ему быть первым помощником капитана корабля. Следующая ступень в карьере моряка, получение ранга капитан-лейтенанта, которое является завершающим в этом офицерском составе. В других войсках оно аналогично званию капитана армии. Моряк с таким званием может иметь в своем распоряжении сотню подчиненных. На погонах лейтенантского состава кроме звезд имеется узкая полоса, которая проходит вдоль всего погона. Количество звезд зависит от звания. Самое меньшее количество, одна звезда у младшего лейтенанта, а дальше с каждым званием растет их количество. У капитана-лейтенанта четыре звезды на погонах. Старший состав офицеров К старшему офицерскому составу также относятся капитанские звания. « Капитан 3-го ранга » может иметь похожие полномочия майора в сухопутных войсках. Ему позволено управлять судами соответствующего его рангу. Это может быть управление малыми военными судами: торпедоносные, десантные суда, противолодочные, тральщики. Капитан 2-го ранга аналогичен подполковнику в других армейских войсках. Он может управлять крупными военными кораблями такими как ракетные и миноносцы, а также большими десантными кораблями. Наивысшим капитанским званием является капитан 1-го ранга . Он имеет возможность управлять кораблями повышенной сложности, такими как авианосцы, крейсеры и подводные лодки . Морские звания и положенные к ним погоны высших чинов ВМФ РФ имеют определенные отличия. На них нет никаких дополнительных элементов кроме звезд. | Getting a Loan to Invest in Crypto? Forget About It Posted: 28 Jun 2022 08:46 AM PDT Data shows that more and more Americans are taking out loans for cryptocurrency investments. Stop it, investment experts say. U.S. cryptocurrency investors are walking on thin ice on cryptocurrencies these days. Prices for high-profile cryptos are down significantly at the mid-year point. Bitcoin, for example, has lost approximately 50% of its value in the past two months while Ethereum has fared worse, falling from $4,800 in November 2021 to $1,000 in June 2022. You'd think downward-sliding cryptos prices would be enough to stop investors from taking excessive risks with cryptocurrencies. But if you thought so – think again, as one-fifth of crypto investors have used a loan to buy more bitcoin, Ethereum, and other investable tokens. The data comes from a new study by DebtHammer, a financial debt management platform, which makes two key points about cryptocurrencies and personal debt. Many Americans are leveraging loans to access crypto assets.: According to the study, 21% of crypto-investors said they've used a loan to pay for their cryptocurrency investments. "Personal loans were most popular, but payday loans, title loans, mortgage refinances, home equity loans, and leftover student loan funds also have been utilized," DebtHammer reported. Investors are going into deep debt.: Almost 19% of respondents said they've struggled to pay at least one bill due to the amount of money they've invested in cryptocurrency. "Additionally, about 15% said they've worried about eviction, foreclosure or car repossession due to their investing," the report noted. Never a Good Idea to Borrow for CryptoInvestment professionals urge investors to stay away from taking on debt to dive into cryptocurrencies. "The cryptocurrency market is a speculative market," said Anessa Custovic, chief investment officer at Cardinal Retirement Planning in Chapel Hill, N.C. "If I were looking for a speculative investment then I might put a little bit of money in crypto – but not a substantial portion of my portfolio." Custovic believes that borrowing money to invest in cryptocurrencies is a toxic idea with no shortage of financial landmines involved. "I don't recommend taking out a loan to buy cryptos or other highly speculative assets," she said. "A loan repayment is not optional and failure to do so would be catastrophic for your financial health. If your investment loses almost all of its value would you be able to pay the loan back without much trouble? If the answer to that question is "no", then stay away." Custovic is hardly alone in that outlook. Other investment professionals say cryptos are fraught with risk right now and not worth the sleepless nights triggered by sliding investment performance and added loan debt. "It's a really bad idea to take out loans to buy cryptocurrencies, and for two main reasons" said Sukhi Jutla, co-founder at MarketOrders, a London, UK-based business-to-business marketplace platform for the precious metals industry. Reason 1: There's no protection for investors who buy crypto assets. Reason 2: If you need to take out a loan to invest, it means you don't have the financial bandwidth to withstand any losses, which is a risky move. "The best strategy with any investment is to use money you don't need," Jutla said. "Taking out a loan for cryptocurrency investments goes against that strategy." Crypto is Too Speculative to Borrow AgainstOther investment specialists note that cryptocurrencies are a speculative and highly volatile class of digital assets that should only be purchased with funds that one is willing to lose. "One should never borrow or use important savings to invest, but rather invest when one is financially secure and able to take on risks with their capital – whether it be a moderate risk in the stock market or speculative risk in cryptocurrencies," said Eric Thompson, director and wealth advisor at Round Table Wealth Management in Westfield, N.J. "As we have seen over the last two years, some cryptocurrencies have done extremely well, while other seemingly reputable tokens have gone to zero." "In such a risky environment, taking out a loan to invest in cryptos is a terrible idea," Thompson said. | ||
