Genshin Impact is an anime-style open-world action RPG, with numerous characters you can acquire to add to your party. There are hundreds of quests, a fairly developed story line, and loads of monsters, secrets, achievements, and more to complete. The game's developers, miHoYo, are also constantly adding new content to the game with new patches. The most recent one in fact was just released back at the beginning of February. In addition to everything else, Genshin Impact has some of the most gorgeous combat of any mobile game. And it's consistently getting good reviews from players and content creators alike. GWENT finally launched on Android a little bit earlier this year and brings some of the game's most popular elements to mobile users. GWENT of course is a game that was first introduced in The Witcher 3, as a mini-game you could play against opponents in taverns. Now CD Projekt Red has turned it into a fully-fledged card game that you can play against other players. It isn't exactly like the version of GWENT in The Witcher 3, but it carries plenty of the same characteristics. If you're a fan of The Witcher series and TCG games, don't miss out on GWENT because it's one of the best in a long while. Though the gameplay is fun and easy to learn, the graphics and visual effects are another wonderful part about this game. Yes, even before Fortnite. PUBG MOBILE just recently went into its newest season and has added loads of fun new content to check out. Including the new Runic Power Mode from the trailer above. While PUBG MOBILE is mostly focused on its main battle royale mode, there are other modes of play too. Like a 4v4 mode which is more akin to a Team Deathmatch style of gameplay. GRIS
GRIS is equal parts emotional and visually striking. And it's these two things together with the lack of any vocal context that really makes this an amazing game. There's more to it than that of course. GRIS features excellent music to help really lift the overall mood of the game. And it plays rather harmoniously with the gameplay and visual storytelling. GRIS also features platforming elements and puzzles that aren't too difficult. In fact they have just the right amount of difficulty to keep you interested but not enough to induce frustration or push away the player. You can even partake in optional challenges that are skill-based if you feel like you do need something that is a bit harder. GRIS is definitely one of the best Android games available today, and it's really one of the best games available in general. This is also a paid game with no ads or micro transactions. Final Fantasy VII: The First Soldier is Square Enix's take on the battle royale genre. It takes place in the Final Fantasy VII universe before the events of the original game. Though, you'll see plenty of references to the original. Like other battle royale titles, you'll be dropping into the map of midgar and the surrounding area to fight off 99 opponents and become the last man standing. You have multiple job types to choose from (called Styles in this game), and a bevy of weapons and magic if you can find the items. You can even customize your character with a variety of Final Fantasy-themed outfits. If you love Final Fantasy and you love battle royale, you need to try this game. Final Fantasy VII: The First Soldier Sky: Children of Light
If you ever played Journey from thatgamecompany inc, check out Sky: Children of Light. It's developed by the same game studio and it more or less looks like a mobile version of Journey. It is of course it's own game. While it looks like Journey and sort of plays like Journey, it's not Journey. It has an original story and its own gameplay elements to fall in love with. Just like Journey though, there won't be much text dialogue or any vocal dialogue. Most of the game's story is told through visual and audio. And that's part of what makes the game so magical. Sky will be an evolving game that will have more content added to it over time. That gives it some more value and even if you happen to beat it faster than you'd have liked, you can come back to it later once more content is added in future updates. Pokémon Unite
If you love MOBA games but want something a little less complex and less competitive than League Of Legends: Wild Rift, give Pokémon Unite a try. It's a fun twist on the genre that lets you battle it out in the arena as some of your favorite Pokémon. You can also customize your character, to a degree, and outfit with fun design choices like pants, hats and more. You can also unlock or buy costumes for your Pokémon so they can look their best in battle. Plus, this is a cross-platform game unlike Wild Rift. Which means you can play on iOS, Android, or Nintendo Switch, and play with any friends that are on one of those three platforms. Basically none of you have to play on the same platform. Rejoice! | Why the Telco Industry Needs to Harness EX Posted: 17 Jun 2022 03:23 PM PDT Contact Centers are under more pressure than ever as challenges continue to impact telecommunication organizations due to rising customer expectations and an increase in the complexity and range of difficulties call center agents face in 2022. The long-term impact of the COVID-19 pandemic can be seen across international contact centers, as recruitment and staffing issues have only been exacerbated by the global shutdown, as highlighted by ‘The Great Resignation’. This has increased the pressure on enterprise-level organizations operating in the telco sector in various ways, as both staff retention and recruitment has been made more difficult than ever. Customer experience (CX) has always represented somewhat of a battleground for the telco industry, but this has taken on even greater importance as consumer behavior and attitudes have transformed so radically over the past two years. As a result, the adoption of Conversational AI (CAI) has been prioritized by forward-thinking organizations that understand the impact that such technology can have for reducing Average Handling Times (AHT), increases in Net Promotor Scores (NPS), conversion rates, transfer quotas and automation. A growing number of use cases, such as that of Swisscom, can now be seen across the telecom sector, demonstrating the dramatic improvements that CAI can have on CX. However, few distinctive use cases have been built around Employee Experience (EX) in the industry, highlighting the importance of creating greater balance between customer and employee satisfaction. Balancing the scales of CX and EXTypically, customer success teams and product team are situated in head offices and receive large budgets to invest in innovative technology that will help a brand to connect with its target audience and existing customers on a deeper level via digital channels. This is one of the precise reasons a number of telecommunication leaders use the likes of Teneo to build highly complex Conversational AI solutions and deploy them across their contact centers. Customers are able to connect with an intelligent voicebot and have their problems solved in a much faster and efficient manner. However, EX is yet to hold as much sway when it comes to the use of Conversational AI. The benefits are so clear for the customer facing element, the benefits offered to internal employees are often overlooked and use cases are not designed to with employees in mind as a primary beneficiary, however, if they were, the impact could be significant for a large contact centre. According to Mckinsey: “Engaged and satisfied call-center employees are; 8.5x more likely to stay than leave within a year, 4x more likely to stay than dissatisfied colleagues, 16x more likely to refer friends to their company and 3.3x more likely to feel extremely empowered to resolve customer issues.” In the same report, the issue of poor EX impacts contact center employees more than any other vertical. “The levels of satisfaction varied across industries: for example, banking, securities, and financial services had the highest proportion of respondents who reported being extremely satisfied at 52 percent, followed by travel, transport, and logistics at 44 percent and nonhealthcare insurance at 35 percent (which also had the lowest overall percentage of dissatisfied employees). Meanwhile, telecommunications and technology earned the lowest marks, with just 25 percent.” The requirement for the telco industry is clear. Put a stronger focus on EX and the benefits will be felt across an organization. From the standpoint of Conversational AI deployment and implementation, this mean inviting employees and managers into the process of designing conversational flows and processes. Contact center agents and those in direct contact with customers are at the front line of customer engagement and therefore have the best understanding of the most common questions and answers. By involving a range of employees in a project and connecting a CX and EX team, the outcome is likely to have a bigger impact internally and externally. Furthermore, inviting agents to provide suggestions will provide an opportunity for them to feel more involved in high-level strategic decisions, which plays a key role in employee satisfaction. “Our research found that a handful of factors—and not just wages or job-related stress—have the greatest influence on employee satisfaction and retention. Accordingly, companies should focus on improving the factors within their control to make employees feel empowered. Several activities such as the frequency and effectiveness of huddles, the duration of training (or nesting), the opportunities for socializing, and intentional supervision have proved effective. Collectively, these activities can be potent tools to foster a sense of belonging among agents and improve agent retention.” For the next-generation contact center operated by an organization in the telco industry, placing a strong focus on EX as well as CX is imperative in order to make the most of technologies they adopt. The full potential of CAI is only realized when applied with both internal and external stakeholders in mind. | Snapchat Plus Paid Subscription In Testing With Exclusive Features Posted: 17 Jun 2022 02:59 PM PDT  Snap will soon let you pay for early access to new Snapchat features. The company is testing a paid subscription tier called Snapchat Plus that will give users exclusive perks including a profile badge and access to new features before public release. Well-known app researcher Alessandro Paluzzi spotted the subscription tier in development earlier this week. Snap also confirmed the internal testing in a statement to The Verge. "We're doing early internal testing of Snapchat Plus, a new subscription service for Snapchatters. We're excited about the potential to share exclusive, experimental, and pre-release features with our subscribers, and learn more about how we can best serve our community," said Snap spokesperson Liz Markman. Snapchat Plus will offer a lot moreWhile the Snap spokesperson didn't reveal much about Snapchat Plus, Paluzzi discovered that the subscription tier has a lot more on offer. Firstly, users will be able to pin a friend as their #1 BFF. As the new report notes, this could be "a recipe for drama". Forgotten social networking platform MySpace allowed users to add the top eight friends to their profile and it was no short of drama either. Snapchat Plus users will also be able to see their orbit with BFF and check their Friend's whereabouts in the last 24 hours if they share their location. Other perks include an exclusive badge that you can proudly display on your profile. You can also change the icon of your Snapchat app and see how many friends have rewatched your story. Paluzzi unearthed 32 different custom icon options that we have attached below. Coming to the pricing, Paluzzi sees three different plans currently. Snapchat Plus users will be charged €4.59 (roughly $4.80) a month, €24.99 (~$26.15) for six months, or €45.99 (~$48.10) for a year of subscription. The company will offer a free trial of one week. Of course, these could be placeholder prices as the subscription service isn't officially available to users. The actual pricing structure could be different or perhaps Snap could change the prices before the public release of Snapchat Plus. To that end, the exclusive features and other perks may also change by that time. Interestingly, Snapchat Plus doesn't seem to remove ads from the platform. Or maybe it will. We expect to hear more about the paid version of the social network in the coming days. It's currently in the internal testing stage. If things go as planned, Snap may soon begin public testing of the feature. We will keep you updated.
