BEVERLY, Mass., Dec. 1, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Day One of Kaminski Auctions December sale features two important collections of Chinese and Asian antiques.  The first is from the estate of the acclaimed author on Chinese cultural traditions and textiles Beverly Jackson of Santa Barbara, California.  Described as an "author, Sinophile and society doyenne" Beverly Jackson spent 22 years writing a column for the Santa Barbara News-Press before a trip to China during the Cultural Revolution changed her life.  The purchase of an exquisite Chinese robe on that trip was the start of building an important collection of Chinese clothing and Imperial robes. Canon To Commence Sales Of The FPA-3030i5a Semiconductor Lithography System In March 2021, Supporting Reduced Cost-of-Ownership Manufacturing For Small Substrates

MELVILLE, N.Y., Dec. 1, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Canon U.S.A., Inc. today announced that its parent company, Canon Inc., will commence sales of the FPA-3030i5a in March 2021.  The FPA-3030i5a is the newest entry in the Company's lineup of i-line 1 semiconductor lithography systems supporting manufacturing of devices including compound semiconductors.  The FPA-3030i5a is also designed to help reduce cost of ownership (CoO), an indicator of the total cost required for semiconductor manufacturing.

The FPA-3030i5a semiconductor lithography system, or stepper, is designed to process small substrates between 50 mm (2 inches) and 200 mm (8 inches) in diameter.  FPA-3030i5a steppers support not only silicon wafers, but also common compound semiconductor materials such as SiC (silicon carbide) and GaN (gallium nitride), which helps enable the manufacturing of various semiconductor devices that are expected to see increased demand in the future, such as high-power devices for automobile electrification and high-bandwidth video processing and communication devices for 5G communication.

FPA-3030i5a stepper hardware and software have been upgraded from its predecessor, the FPA-3030i5+ stepper (released in June 2012), to help reduce CoO*. The FPA-3030i5a inherits the imaging performance of the FPA-3030i5, achieving exposure resolution of 0.35 micrometer 2 line width patterns while providing robust alignment options and increased productivity. The FPA-3030i5a employs a high-speed wafer feeding system that can be configured to handle a variety of wafer materials and sizes including compound semiconductors with a diameter from 50 mm to 200 mm.

The FPA-3030i5a uses a new off-axis alignment scope to illuminate and measure wafer alignment marks. By not observing the marks through the projection lens, the FPA-3030i5a alignment system can employ a wide range of illumination wavelengths to help optimize alignment conditions. FPA-3030i5a steppers equipped with the optional Through-Silicon Alignment (TSA) system can also utilize infrared light to view through substrates to enable backside alignment processes. The new alignment system in the FPA-3030i5a also shortens alignment mark measurement time*. 

The reduced alignment time, high-speed feeder system and upgraded software allow the FPA-3030i5a to achieve 123 wafers per hour (wph) output for 200 mm (8 inch) wafers, which is approximately a 17 percent productivity improvement compared to its predecessor*. FPA-3030i5a steppers also feature a new chamber temperature control system that maintains the lithography system in a clean environment and constant temperature level. The new design helps reduce FPA-3030i5a stepper power consumption by approximately 20 percent compared to the predecessor model and through such improvements, the system helps reduce CoO*.

Through the introduction of the FPA-3030i5a and implementation of advanced functions, system owners are able to manufacture specialty power and communication devices using a wide range of wafer materials including silicon and compound semiconductors such as SiC and GaN ranging in size from 50 mm to 200 mm.

FPA-3030i5a semiconductor lithography systems are expected to go on sale in early March 2021.

Blue Cross and Blue Shield Of Illinois Expands Reach Of Immunization Programs Statewide

CHICAGO, Dec. 1, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL) today announced it has distributed $480,000 in funding to help organizations around the state increase access to immunizations.

BCBSIL is providing grants between $20,000 and $50,000 to 12 organizations with aligned missions to increase the rates of immunizations as part of the BCBSIL Care Van® Immunization Initiative. The BCBSIL Care Van program is celebrating it's 30 th year of providing access to immunizations and other health services in Illinois. BCBSIL is reminding Illinoisans not to put off needed health screenings and preventive services, like immunizations, through the Wellness Can't Wait campaign. A recent Health of America report by the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association estimates children nationwide will have missed nearly 9 million MMR, DTaP and polio vaccinations this year due to COVID-19.

"Immunizations are a building block for community health and providing people with easy, free access has been a priority for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois for decades," said Harmony Harrington, vice president community and government relations, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois. Organizations receiving funding include:

Each organization receiving funding has an existing program that provides immunizations to people whether or not they have health insurance. The awardees can use the grant to maximize the reach of their programs by doing things such as hiring a nurse, purchasing additional vaccines or increasing their marketing to make more people aware of when and where they are offering services.

The Care Van Immunization Initiative is one of the ways BCBSIL is reinvesting payments from the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) for providing quality care to Medicaid Members. Other ways we're using the payments to enhance community health include:  

  • Expanding the telemedicine infrastructure and capabilities of BCBSIL contracted Community Mental Health Centers and Substance Use Recovery Providers through a grant program.
    • Providers used the funds to purchase computers, tablets, telecom software, expand their WIFI capabilities and more.
  • Reducing impacts of social determinants of health for members under behavioral health treatment by allowing care coordinators to leverage pilot funding to cover needs such as housing applications, state ID costs, toiletries, non-covered transportation expenses that may not be available  from non-profit organizations with increased demands for more limited funding.
  • Supporting the American Diabetes Association® (ADA) virtual diabetes camp and providing tablets to help children ages 5-17 attend camp virtually during the COVID-19 lockdown.
  • Supporting Home Delivered Meals with Mile Square (FQHC) to BCBSIL Medicaid members and their families.
  • Providing more than 2,000 healthy meal kits to members needing meal assistance in Aurora, Chicago and Rockford, including recipes and nutrition tips, in partnership with the ADA and Top Box Foods.
  • Creating a youth-focused health literacy and intervention program aimed at empowering young people to engage in preventive and protective health behaviors and educating them on how to navigate the health care system as well as careers in health care.

После подсчетов стоимости ущерба выяснилось, что для ремонта потребуется более 5 лет, а общая стоимость ремонтных работ (необходимо было восстанавливать более 60% корабельных отсеков) или же работ по переоборудованию вертолетоносца в госпитальное судно (от 1 до 1,5 млрд. долларов) или во что–нибудь еще, обойдется слишком дорого — ориентировочно, более 3,5 млрд. долларов. Для сравнения — сумма ущерба от резонансного пожара на авианосце "Адмирал Кузнецов" составила 300–350 млн. рублей (данные ОСК на начало осени 2020).

Флотские резонно решили, что проще строить что–то новое (в ближайшие годы они будут предпринимать попытки продавить через оборонный комитет Сената дополнительные ассигнования на строительство нового вертолетоносца стоимостью около 4–4,2 млрд. долларов за штуку), чем вкладываться в сомнительный и дорогостоящий ремонт сгоревшего вертолетоносца. Так что уже в 2021–м году вертолетоносец водоизмещением более 40 000 тонн разделают на металл. Стоимость утилизации — чуть более 30 млн. долларов. Часть лома будет продана Китаю. Таким образом, произошедший пожар оказался для корабля фатальным. Кроме того, незадолго до пожара, вертолетоносец прошел модернизацию для того, чтобы принимать истребители F–35. На это было потрачено 250 млн. долларов. Как не трудно догадаться, эти вложения тоже пошли прахом.
Расследование причин приведших к фактической гибели столь крупного корабля и огромному материальному ущербу продолжается до сих пор.

Была латышская свадьба, много народа. Чтобы всех передружить, тамада придумала игру «Тайный поклонник». Правила туманны, сумрачны и липки как кошмар алкоголика. Каждый гость берёт из шляпы бумажку с именем и в течение свадьбы льстит всем подряд, но особенно тому, чьё имя выпало. Победа не важна. Главное что хаос добра и энтропия морали украсят свадьбу лучше кокаина.

Маше выпало хвалить некоeго Оскара. Средних лет, четырежды отец, лишний вес, бизнесмен.
Маша сразу сказала что дети Оскара умные, а сам он отличный папаша.
Через час заметила, какие сильные у него руки.
В середине банкета художественно описала цвет глаз Оскара и в целом выражение лица.
Во время танца поразилась умению наступать на ноги не больно, а с каким–то мужеством и надёжностью.

Потом окажется, Оскара не предупредили. Когда все слушали правила игры, он парковал машину. Мужчина просто заметил, что вечер хорош. Наконец–то он удачно шутит. Пластика наладилась и понимание. И одна блондинка разглядела в нём поэта. 20 лет, русская, спортивная, глаза голубые. Весёлая, очень мило не произносит «Л», получается «свадкая бувочка».

Латыши не привычны к похвалам. Здесь даже спасителю мира скажут «Смотри чтоб зад не треснул, благодетель». Вот это «благодетель» и будет комплиментом.
И где–то в районе выноса торта, по совету внутреннего виски, Оскар встал на колено. При всех. И сказал что всё решено. Любовь то–сё, две половинки, сердце не обманешь, ты моя янь, и пусть общество нас осудит.

От лица общества в круг вышел Машин жених Карлис, 187 см, кость широкая, взгляд удивлённый. Подошли братья Карлиса, Гунтис и Кристап.
Подоспела жена Оскара, четырежды мать, баржа по гороскопу.
Подтянулись работники кухни. Все устали от лжи и лицемерия и не прочь были установить виновных в победе демократов Пенсильвании.
Тут–то и началась реальная свадьба.

Google Makes Super Bomberman R Online Free For All Stadia Users

Google has pushed out a fresh list of current and upcoming changes for Stadia, and that includes free access for all users to Super Bomberman R Online. The game was previously a title you had to buy, but now it's possible to play it without having to pay for it. The free access to Super Bomberman R Online goes live on Stadia today.

And since Google typically allows access to new or changed games by 9AM PST, it should already be available to play for everyone at this point. You'll need to at least have a free Stadia account set up to play it of course. But since that's free too, all it will end up costing you is a few minutes of your time to get things going.

Super Bomberman for free is joined by Stadia Free Play Days

In addition to the free access to Super Bomberman R Online, Google is also bringing back Free Play Days. Its recurring segment of free access to a specific game for a period of a few days. This time around Free Play Days will include The Elder Scrolls Online. A popular MMO based on the series of Elder Scrolls games and lore.

Free Play Days isn't immediately available though. Rather, it'll begin on December 3, which is this coming Thursday. Once it starts, which is at 7AM PST on that day, Stadia users will have until 7AM PST on December 7 to enjoy the game at no cost. The hope here obviously is that players will enjoy it so much that they intend to buy the game after Free Play Days is over with.

New games are added to Stadia Pro

Had enough of free games yet? Of course you haven't. Because no one that likes games is likely to be mad that they get more great games for free. Today there are six new games being added to the Stadia Pro lineup. Which means they'll be free to claim for members that are subscribing to the Pro membership.

These six new games include Hitman 2, Hello Neighbor: Secret Neighbor, Into The Breach, Kine, Monster Jam Steel Titans, and Everspace, which is a game that's new to Stadia entirely. In fact the only games that aren't new to Stadia out of these six are Hitman 2 and Kine.

There's also five more games being added to the Stadia store this week which include Immortals Fenyx Rising, Outward, Chronos: Before The Ashes, PHOGS!, and El Hijo. In addition to the new games dropping on the Stadia store, there are also a ton of new discounts for Stadia members to pick up games at cheaper prices.
